He started painting when he was seven years old. He went on to study painting at The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. He graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in painting. After graduation, Igor Kazhdan worked for a year as a tour guide at the Miami History Museum. His passion for painting kept growing, and he decided to become an artist.
